Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) is seeking the expertise of qualified, highly talented, and self-motivated officers/officials from Federal Provincial Governments/Autonomous Bodies. If you are presently working in BPS/SPS (or equivalent scales) on a regular basis, we invite you to apply for the following positions on deputation basis:

1. Director (Technical/Operational Cadre) (SPS-19)

   👉 Vacancy: 18

2. Deputy Director (Technical/Operational Cadre) (SPS-18)

   👉 Vacancy: 22

   👉 Place of Posting: Sindh (05), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (10), Balochistan (07)

3. Assistant Director (Technical/Operational Cadre) (SPS-17)

   👉 Vacancy: 83

   👉 Place of Posting: Punjab (20), Sindh (30), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (17), Balochistan (16)

4. Assistant (Complaint/Field/NSER) (SPS-15/16)

   👉 Vacancy: 65

   👉 Place of Posting: Punjab (20), Sindh (15), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (10), Balochistan (20)

Qualification & Experience:

👉 For all positions:

   

👉 Minimum Second Class or Grade 'B' or 2.7/4.0 CGPA University Degree (16 years of Education) or equivalent from an HEC recognized University/Institution

👉 For Director and Deputy Director positions:

   

👉 Minimum 10 years (Director) and 5 years (Deputy Director) of post-qualification experience in social sector, public administration, public policy, project management, or a relevant field.

👉 For Assistant Director and Assistant positions:

   

👉 No specific experience required.

The positions will be filled through deputation. Only regular Government/Civil Servants working in Federal/Provincial Government Organizations/Autonomous Bodies in BPS/SPS (or equivalent scales) are eligible to apply. Contract and project-based employees are not eligible for these positions.
