Applications are invited for the following vacant positions in the Local Fund Audit System (Department of Finance):

Position /Basic Scale/Number of Positions

1. Stenographer    (14-PBS)  Total Post👉 03

Educational Qualification

🟢 Bachelor's Degree from any University Recognized by HEC.

🟢 A speed of 80/40 wpm in English shorthand/typing or a speed of 70/40wpm in Urdu Shorthand/typing respectively.

  OR

🟢 Bachelor's Degree from any University Recognized by HEC.

🟢 Short course of minimum 6 months duration in Window, MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, etc.), and Urdu Composition from a recognized institute.

🟢 Typing speed of at least 40 wpm in English or Urdu.

2. Junior Auditor  (11-PBS) Total Post 👉05

Eligibility Criteria and Application Procedure


👉1. Applications, addressed to the Director, Local Fund Audit, should be submitted within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement at the office of 📢 Local Fund Audit, Building No. 12, Lower Chattar, Muzaffarabad.

👉Incomplete or applications not fulfilling the conditions/qualifications will not be entertained after the specified date.

👉2. The applicant must be a permanent resident of Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

3. The candidate must be a permanent resident of Azad Jammu and Kashmir or a migrant residing in Pakistan or an immigrant arriving after 1989.

👉4. The age limit for the applicant is minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years.

👉5. Along with the application, attested copies of domicile certificate, domicile certificate, permanent residence certificate (PRC), national identity card, experience certificate, educational certificate, two recent attested passport size photographs should be attached.
Government and semi-government employees can also apply through proper channel along with departmental NOC. Candidates must possess the prescribed educational qualification, experience, etc.
The applicant must have a good moral character and must attach a character certificate issued by the competent authority.

✴️The competent authority reserves the right to amend or cancel the advertisement.

✴️The calculation of age will be based on the last date of receipt of applications.
Original educational documents, certificates, experience, and other credentials must be brought at the time of interview.

✴️Vacancies will be filled on the basis of open merit. For vacancies under open merit, candidates from one district/unit shall not be selected more than one. The district from which the candidate is selected will be excluded from future vacancies.

✴️The schedule for tests/interviews will be published after the screening of applications through advertisement, and candidates will also be issued separate call letters.

✴️Applicants are required to include a bank draft/postal order of Rs. 1,000 in favor of DD Local Funds Audit along with the application. The application must include the applicant's name, complete qualifications, address, and phone number.

✴️Candidates appearing for tests/interviews will not be given any travel expenses or daily allowance.
