Khyber Medical University (KMU), the admitting university of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites applications for First Year MBBS/BDS Session 2023-24 in Private Sector Dental Colleges of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Overview:
KMU is facilitating the admission process for candidates with domicile in Newly Merged Tribal Districts (NMDs) for MBBS/BDS programs in all Private Sector Medical and Dental Colleges of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This initiative is in accordance with the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council Notification No.PF-4-Misc/GB- Balochistan/PMDC/2024/424 dated 05-01-2024, allocating one seat (over & above) in each medical and dental college.
Eligibility Criteria:
i. The candidate must have passed obtaining a minimum of 60% marks in Higher Secondary School Certificate or FSC (Pre-Medical) or an equivalent qualification from any BISE in Pakistan or abroad.
ii. Candidates who have successfully passed the Medical & Dental Colleges Admission Test (MDCAT) 2023 with a minimum of 55% marks for MBBS and 45% marks for BDS are eligible.
iii. Candidates must have domicile of Newly Merged Tribal Districts (NMTD).
