▪️ Secure a valid PhD admission offer from one of the current Top 50 QS Ranked (subject wise) Universities globally, in preferred subject areas.
▪️ Maintain a stellar academic record with not less than 60% marks throughout your academic career.
▪️ Ensure your monthly family income (including self, spouse, and parents) is equal to or less than Rs. 200,000/-
▪️ Meet the maximum age limit of 35 years on April 26, 2024.
▪️ Demonstrate the absence of any previous foreign scholarship availed.
▪️ Permanent/regular faculty members of public sector teaching/educational institutions in Pakistan are ineligible.

▪️ Candidates must not defer the scholarship offer to the next year.
▪️ Preference will be given to students with Punjab domicile, though a special quota is reserved for other provinces.
▪️ The responsibility to obtain university admission and apply for a visa lies with the applicant.
▪️ Decisions of the CMMS Selection Committee are final.
▪️ PEEF reserves the right to reject applications or call off the selection process without assigning any reason.
